This video is perfect if you are avoiding what to do with all those photo albums! You can scan them individually and pack them away or sit back, relax and listen to the beautiful story of your family being told firsthand by a loved one.

A Family Legacy Film Package includes;

• 1-2 hours relaxed filming session and casual interview in the comfort of your home (or a nursing home). All focused on your life.

• You may add family heirlooms, photos and video clips* and memorabilia that will be incorporated into the final film.

• A preparation pdf guide will be provided.

• Licensed music and motion graphics included the final film.

• A professionally edited, shareable, downloadable film delivered to your inbox. The length of video is dependent on length of interview & extra filming.

Pricing

Every family is unique, just as their film will be. Therefore, there is great care and customization in each project. A basic package includes the interview preparation, filming, all equipment, music, graphics, time and travel and editing. We strive to remain flexible to accommodate most budgets - just chat with us about your needs.

The factors that go into the final pricing are;

1. Number of people being interviewed.

2. Location(s). I will not charge for the first local location (within Pittsburgh region). Additional locations will incur a small fee. Any location beyond a 2 hour drive will have additional travel fees.

3. Length of final video. Videos can range from 10 minutes to 20 minutes. Any longer, there will be additional time and fees added.

4. Photos. 20-50 photos included. If you would like to include more photos, there may be an added fee. I offer scanning and touch-up services as well for special printed photos you would like in digital format. If you would like video clips from a family movie included, they will need to be sent as a digital file. I do not convert them from DVD or cassette myself.

5. Music. Popular music is, well, popular! However, the price to license those songs can be a few hundred dollars. I use instrumental licensed music from a subscription service. If you would like a particular song, we can look into the price. Otherwise, I can provide appropriate instrumental music that doesn’t distract from the conversation.

6. Is there a certain budget you need to work within? I can work with you in creating a fabulous project within your limits. I don’t want your family to lose those precious stories.
